Screen resize resolution change for saving energy?

Hi there,
I have installed Linux Mint 19.2 with XFCE4 and right now I am pretty satisfied, but there is one thing I am not able to solve. The fact is when I let the computer for a while, later on I find a window with different size compare to the original size 1920x1080. I don't know how to solve this issue, I am not so skilled in this field.
