wherever the pointer/cursor goes, a popup menu comes on and disables the keyboard. half the time some command on the popup menu gets activated. the only way for me for me to type is to press the left-button on the mouse while typing. any advice will be greatly appreciated. f.y.i.: this tower was built to my specifications by a computer tech. this machine has been in operation for ~1 year.
