Please help with Debian 10.1 PPPoE disconnect

Hi. I write this from my MX Linux 18.3. My Debian 10.1 Buster has trouble with PPPoE. If i use pppoeconf it creates ppp0 but a simple ping to google or a traceroute does not get to my ISP.

If i use Network Manager with GUI i can establish a connection but after a short while (like 1 minute) the connection stops working. Network Manager does not show a notification, but if i refresh the connection in Network Manager GUI it notifies me that it stopped and that it connected successfully, and indeed the connection works again for about 1 minute.

Please let me know what the problem could be and what commands i could run to copy the results here. Thank you.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=SjbhcaI_3aE:qVBMJ5RVO04:F7zBnMy latest?i=SjbhcaI_3aE:qVBMJ5RVO04:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=SjbhcaI_3aE:qVBMJ5RVO04:gIN9vFwSjbhcaI_3aE
