ssh tunneling with a twist

Hi there !

I have a need of establish a ssh connection that I think it could be implemented by some kind of ssh tunneling, but I was unable to figure out how to do that, so here I am.

The device that I want to connect to is behind a 3G router. The router itself is not a problem to create a NAT of some sort. The problem is with that 3G connection. The ISP/telephone Company does not provide inbound access to this connection. There are some kind of VPN between the 3G Modem and ISP in such way that make the external/public IP of this connection, useless to inbound connection. In fact, as it is a mobile connection, it changes the external IP all the time.

In the other side, I have a Gateway/Firewall (with fixed IP) and behind that gateway, my work machine.

Both ends are Linux.
The mobile device is not a phone. It is a RBPI3 running ubuntu, connected to the internet using a 3G modem/router. This is the twist.

So I was in need of create a tunnel from the mobile device to the internal machine behind my GW/FW in such way I can connect to the ssh server on mobile device from my work machine and gain access on a terminal of mobile device, regardless what is the current external address.

RBPI3(10.0.0.100) <---> (10.0.0.1)3G router(no fixed IP here;no inbound conn) <---> internet <---> (fixed IP)Company GW/FW(192.168.0.254) <---> (192.168.0.100)my work machine

Is such connection possible ?
If so, how to do that ?
