installing beini wireless decoder based on tiny core network adapter wont load to bios

i have beini wireless decoder program and wireless adapter 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card i a
have successfully installed adapter and it works fine i can properly open tiny core program to run scan for wifi connection but my wireless adapter isn't found after research i found the wireless adapter is not installed in bios and i have gone through the steps to to open bios settings to enable wireless adapter and disable and remove original adapter in pc but it wont show up in bios i have a hp laptop using windows 10
