SMB 3 Direct possible from Linux server?

Hi,
we are in preparation of building a new large high speed / performance file server. We have quiet unusual needs. (large uncompressed 4K - 8K video files)
After researching for quite a while, I'd like to create a file server which has to be able to connect via 40GbE via NFS over RDMA directly to one CentOS 7 client workstation and via SMB 3 Direct (RDMA) directly to a Windows 10 client workstation. On top of that other clients will be connected via 10Gbe over a switch, either via SMB 3 or NFS. (not yet decided, but I've heard good things about SMB 3 having better performance then NFS)
Is this possible with a Linux server? Especially the SMB 3 Direct part?
If yes, with what distribution?
For now I could only find an option via a Windows Server, but I'd like to use Linux..
