Can QUER KOM0614 run linux?

I'm new here and i have a question.
I found my old tablet Quer Kom0614 and i thought to give it a new life with linux since it's android 4 and i wanted to have device that i could make simple programs without spending money for notebooks. Is it possible to give lightweight distro to it?
