Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill suffered a hamstring injury on Monday Night Football early in the first quarter.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said postgame that Hill strained his hamstring, but he didn't disclose the severity of the ailment, according to team reporter BJ Kissel.

Hill will have an MRI on his hamstring within the next day or so, sources told Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.

The 25-year-old went to the locker room shortly after. He joined his teammates on the sideline in the second half but didn't return to the game.

The speedy wideout pulled up while running a route and was immediately taken out of the game. Chiefs trainers attempted to stretch out his hamstring before taking him for further evaluation.

Hill missed four games earlier this season, injuring his clavicle in Week 1.
