Pulseaudio keeps loosing HDMI sound

Every time i go to use my system the HDMI sound has gone.
I using debian buster with KDE Plasma
Code:Linux debian 4.19.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.67-2+deb10u2 (2019-11-11) x86_64 GNU/LinuxWhen I check the sound settings, the HDMI output has disappeared. I need to open terminal and run pulseaudio -k to get it working again.
I tried setting autospawn = no in the client.conf for pulse audio, but this made no difference at all.
Any help appreciated as its driving me nuts....
