Not booting installed os on a USB from one pc to another

I installed Debian os on an usb through pc1
I works fine and boots through pc1, which has only Linux os.
Now the usb on a Windows machine is booting,
the boot loader comes, able to select the os,
but of few pages of scrollling, blank screen,
only the cursor blinks.
How to check or edit or correct grub? Or
what I need to do to boot from a Windows or
any other machine. Since creating a os on a
usb is to use in any pc. Please help me.
