Clonezilla not working?

I have used Clonezilla many times with no issues.
I have one computer (custom Gigabyte motherboard) that will not do anything after the first initial boot up screen. I receive an error messages stating, "mount failed". I did read somewhere on the internet that having RAID configured sometimes messing things up. I do have a RAID 1 on 2 drives (data drives not the OS drive).
