Slackware Current AMD RX-570 Graphics card poor performance.

Hello currently using a build of Slackware current from around late October on my desktop. I seem to be getting poor performance with my graphics card while running some video games on my desktop. I know that its not that I cant run them, as I could just fine on Linux mint and Arch only 3 months ago. Does anyone have any experience with this? I was thinking about maybe trying the AmdGPUpro drivers, but those are only downloadable as .deb packages, and Slack Docs is only updated for the Catalyst drivers.
