Turkey is my least favorite bird (to eat), yet I can never commit to a turkey-less Thanksgiving, nor can I let someone else cook the thing. I simply cannot relinquish this bland, stupid bird. My ambivalence towards the meat itself drives me to cook a bird that is delicious, but my irreverence spurs me to fuck with it"
