Heads-up about a Problem with Bitwarden Password Manager

It's quite simple - bitwarden is losing information.
Every day I am finding a login that bitwarden no longer has the password for - it's as if it's been erased
I've reloaded from backups, but it keeps happening, and I have not received a response of any kind from bitwarden
So off on another search for a computer program that does what it claims. Excuse the bitterness - took my first course 40 years ago, and things are not getting any better. Sometimes Compuserve looks good...:rolleyes:
