Acer Aspire 3 won't display other than winblows in bios boot

Just purchased an Acer Aspire 3 laptop. Ryzen 5 CPU, 8GB RAM, 1TB HD, win 10 home
I've gone into the BIOS to try to boot from something other than the winblows OS, to boot from USB, but the only slections I get from BIOS after pressing F12 is windows.
Anyone know how to insert boot from USB?
