December seaway closure would cost millions of dollars each week: Chamber of Marine Commerce

Calls to close St. Lawrence Seaway for a month to allow for higher outflows on Lake Ontario is a "step too far" and would have major economic repercussions in both Canada and the U.S., says the Chamber of Marine Commerce.
