Help settying up a webserver on q40s

HI,
I am a Win 10 nut but want to set up a Linux web server on my Win 10x64 box.
I see Q40S (Debian) looks like Win so it would be great start for me as it sits with Windows easily.
Once I have this installed, how do I go about setting up a webserver to serve sites to the internet please?
