How to download from repo

On an RHEL machine, I try to do download from the yum repo
eg :
Code: yum install yum-utils
yumdownloader atI tried to download - at.
Note: Not trying to install it
I would like to do a similar thing for Suse machines.
What to do in case of zyyper commands?
