Rescue dogs from around the world come to Canada in search of forever homes

Last year, animal welfare charity Save Our Scruff travelled from Tennessee to Toronto with dozens of dogs, as part of a growing grassroots effort to bring dogs to Canada from areas of the world where overpopulation is a far bigger issue.
