It's almost time for the 2019 LinuxQuestions.org Members Choice Awards. As in previous years, we'll start with the categories and then move to nominees in those categories before we finally open voting. For a reminder, here are the categories from 2018:

Rotate Raster Graphics Editor of the Year for Vector Graphics Editor of the Year (is there another "Graphics" category members would prefer?)
Potential additions: Clipboard Manager of the Year, PDF Viewer of the Year
