Migration to Linux 5.4.2 complete and available

Hello
I've released the Linux 5.4.2 packages into the main tree.
All of the supported systems work (apart from QEMU which is pending testing, but I suspect it works since the four systems worked first time with no fixes).
All of them have received U-Boot upgrades too, but you don't need to do that if you're already running -current and it's working fine.
