This is regarding the proxy

Hi,

We have a proxy server. It was blocking the sites till yesterday and suddenly it stopped blocking the sites. Everything is accessible.

Previously we had this issue and someone found that the blacklist folder permissions got changed. However, I'm not able to find what permissions that folder needs.

Possibly can someone help me here?
