14-year-old girl arrested after knife seen outside Sir Winston Churchill: police

The teen was arrested for allegedly uttering threats and carrying a concealed weapon, according to a police spokesperson. The school is the same place where Devan Selvey was fatally stabbed on Oct. 7.
