Oakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs intends to suit up for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars after missing last week with a fractured right shoulder, according to ESPN's Paul Gutierrez.

Jacobs added that he won't need to undergo offseason surgery for the injury, which he's been battling since Week 7.

"But after the season, I'll probably have to sit like for a month-and-a-half, doing nothing, just letting it heal," said the rookie.

The 21-year-old was listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity throughout the week.

Jacobs, one of Oakland's three first-round picks, is among the favorites to take home the Offensive Rookie of the Year award after racking up 1,061 rushing yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games.
