To find the IP address which listens to particular port?

hi all,
We use multiple test environments (different IP addresses) which listens to the same port. I would wanna find which IP is that port currently connected to.. May I know how to do it please?
To find out which environment is it connected to and to terminate the connection and to connect to my desired IP.
May I know this can be done?
