Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin is likely to miss his team's Week 16 tilt versus the Houston Texans with the hamstring injury he suffered Sunday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported.

Godwin's injury is similar to that of teammate Mike Evans, according to Rapoport, who added that he could also miss Tampa Bay's meaningless season finale. Evans is reportedly ruled out for Week 17 already.

The 23-year-old Godwin hurt his hamstring late in the third quarter of the Bucs' Week 15 win over the Detroit Lions. He was leading the team with five catches for 121 yards before being carted to the locker room.

It's been a breakout campaign for the third-year wideout. Godwin currently ranks second in the league with 1,333 receiving yards and is tied for second with nine touchdowns.

Fellow receiver Scott Miller also went down with a hamstring ailment against Detroit, leaving Breshad Perriman, Justin Watson, and Ishmael Hyman as the only healthy wideouts for Tampa Bay.
