Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said that running back Dalvin Cook can play through a shoulder injury that forced him out of the club's Week 15 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers early in the third quarter.

Zimmer added that Cook's shoulder "feels good today" during his press conference on Monday.

Cook injured the same shoulder in Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks, though he's played in all 14 games this season.

The Florida State product has posted his best campaign since being selected in the second round of the 2017 draft. Through 14 contests in 2019, Cook's amassed 1,135 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns.

Minnesota ended up beating Los Angeles 39-10 and boosted its record to 10-4 in the process. The NFC North side will close out its regular-season schedule against the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears.
