System info using dmidecode command are empty on some PC

Hi guys.
I tried to issue a command: dmidecode | grep -A3 -i "system info"
and the result is this:
System Information
Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
Product Name: Precision WorkStation 390
Version: Not Specified
But, as I try to use the same command on other PC, only this appeared:
System Information
Manufacturer:
Product Name:
Version:
As you can see, it's empty. Both PCs are using Centos 4.6. What could be the problem here? and What can I do to solve this? Many thanks great minds! :)
