java library for modifying .elf file

Hi, I'd like to change an .elf file. I don't know much about elfs, I've made an objdump and than I knew which lines I'd like to change. Is there any library in eclipse that allows me to easily read an .elf file and modify selected lines? I don't want to use online editors.
