Hotspot query

Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct place for my post so, mods please move if necessary. Ok, so onto the query.

I have successfully (I hope) setup a WiFi Hotspot on my Linux Mint 19.2 and external devices connect fine via WiFi, so far so good. Now here's where things get a bit complicated. What my end goal is to use this PC as a proxy server so all my wireless traffic goes through it. I've downloaded a Windows application call "CCProxy" and through WINE I've installed it. It loads fine with no glitches, however, it doesn't seem to intercept any of the connections made to the hotspot. I've tried all sorts of permutations in the settings screen and cannot get it to detect incoming connections. I have two IP addresses that are available to me - 192.168.x.x & 10.0.x.x. I've tried both in the settings but none seem to detect a connection.

FYI - What does work is if I explicity set the proxy settings on each device and then CCProxy sees it but, I don't want to do this because this means I would have to maintain things.

Does anyone have any experience with this app that can assist or, suggest a native Linux way of doing the same? I'm a bit of a GUI person so prefer applications that have a GUI interface and preferably accessible via an internal webpage so remote admin is made easy.
