bind vs dnsmasq setup on ubuntu 18 server in a Small Business Office

Right now I have 1 static ip address and 3 linux machines.
One of them is going to be a LXD container server for 4 different domain names.
bind or dnsmasq or something better/simpler for Authoritative DNS Server?
Which should I use ?
Is there a recent tutorial/documentation that describes netplan vs systemd-resolve and how does bind/dnsmasq fits into this?
It seems that too many of the old articles are outdated.
