Is 19.10 AMD only file?

I've downloaded Kubuntu 19.10. The title contains AMD64. Thinking maybe it's machine detecting I've downloaded on both AMD and Intel, both is the same AMD64 file.

I'm currently running on an Intel COREi3 machine and right out of the gate, it appears to be working fine. Having said all of that, can anyone tell me if the AMD64 is specific to AMD machines solely?
