Slackware 14.2 issue - Precision 7520
by bitfuzzy from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4X026)
I've spent the past 3 days trying to resolve an issue with my touchpad and I decided it's time to reach out to the experts ;)
I've got a new Precision 7520 laptop that's having some minor issues under Slackware 14.2
Specifically the touch pad is detected as a mouse by Evdev and I can't figure out how to get it to detect it as a touch pad so I can disable tapping (it's driving me nuts)
Additionally the Dualpoint Stick (??) isn't detected at all
and Network manager won't automatically connect to wireless network
Everything does work however
All updates have been done
Any help is resolving would be greatly appreciated ..
