Window icons of the same app gathered on panel, how to avoid this option?

Hello to everyone,
I'm currently running a testing version of Debian on my computer, adopting xfce as Desktop environment. As you can see on the attached image, if more of one instance of the same program is open in a workspace, the icons on the panel are gathered together. It was not like this in my previous computer, with the same testing Debian, etc. How is it possible to avoid this and have as many icons on the panel as the open instances?
Thanks in advance!
