Error Message DKMS

Keep getting this error message when upgrading or updating PC Linux OS using Synaptic: How do I fix? Can I delete the older version or rename it?

While installing package ndiswrapper-1.62-5pclos2019:

please download binary driver (look at http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/)
use ndiswrapper -i <inffile.inf> as root to install driver
dkms-ndiswrapper-1.62-5pclos2019
