Dak Prescott is refusing to comment on his head coach's job status.

When asked about Sunday's contest being the last game on Jason Garrett's current contract, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback kept the focus on himself.

"I think it's the last game on mine as well," he said Thursday, according to Jon Machota of The Athletic. "I'll be damned if I speak on anybody else's future or their place."

Both Garrett and Prescott will see their contracts expire after a 2019 campaign that sees the Cowboys currently sitting outside of the playoff picture.

Although the 26-year-old Prescott hasn't signed an extension with Dallas yet, he isn't surprised about his current situation.

"That's the business. It's my first time going through it," he said. "I'm not surprised by anything that comes from it, from the league, from the team, from whatever. I'm learning as I go."

Prescott's had a career year this season, amassing 4,599 yards and 26 touchdowns against 11 interceptions. However, the 7-8 Cowboys need to beat the Washington Redskins and have the Philadelphia Eagles lose to the New York Giants on Sunday in order to reach the postseason.
