TSMC to Produce 5nm ASICs for Bitmain, Canaan in 2020

Bitcoin mining ASIC companies Bitmain and Canaan will produce 5nm chips in 2020. Bitmain received its first test chip from TSMC in December, while Canaan will follow in the first quarter of 2020.
