Mouse input not working in GIMP, Razor Abyssus v2

I went to go crop something today and the mouse input was just randomly broken. I can click on things like menus and tools, but I can't do anything in the canvas. Weirdly, my Huion drawing tablet works just fine, pressure sensitivity and all. A temporary fix is to set every input device to "disabled"(i normally set them at "screen"), but then I don't get pressure sensitivity with the tablet. I use Kubuntu 19.10 with the Razor Abyssus v2 mouse, neither out-of-the-box drivers or openrazer drivers work for GIMP, GIMP is installed via flatpak(i tried --device=all, didn't work). I did recently get this mouse, that's the only thing that changed. My old mouse was some cheapo optical dell and it did work. I can't find anyone else with the issue, using search terms like "gimp mouse input not working razer" and the like.
