Eric Bieniemy's interview list keeps growing.

The Cleveland Browns have requested the Kansas City Chiefs' permission to interview the offensive coordinator for their vacant head coaching job, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Bieniemy has already scheduled interviews with the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants on Thursday and Saturday, respectively, Rapoport adds.

The 50-year-old, who interviewed for several jobs last year, has served on head coach Andy Reid's staff in Kansas City since 2013, and he became the team's offensive coordinator in 2018.

The Chiefs fielded the best-ranked scoring and yardage offense in 2018. The AFC West club maintained its high level in 2019, finishing the campaign ranked fifth and sixth in those categories.

Bieniemy wouldn't be Reid's first assistant to become a head coach in recent years. The Philadelphia Eagles' Doug Pederson and Matt Nagy of the Chicago Bears were also coordinating the Chiefs' offense before taking on their current roles.

The Browns fired Freddie Kitchens after a disappointing 6-10 season in his first year as a head coach. Cleveland also parted ways with general manager John Dorsey on Tuesday.
