Debian Host KVM Advice

I've been wanting to tinker with setting up a virtual machine server for a while.

An older Dell Precision T5500 dual Xeon, eight core, machine with tons of RAM and a fairly decent video card has come up locally. (I know, definitely not the newest, fastest)

What I'd like to have is two Debian virtual machines (one Jessie, one Buster) and two Ubuntu virtual machines (both V18.04 lts) and one Windows 7 VM running on a Debian host with KVM. They would all use the same monitor, keyboard and mouse and I would just switch between virtual machines (like switching between consoles or workspaces). None of them will be working the processors real hard. They should all be attached to my LAN with unique MAC and IP addresses (for ease of porting over old programming, etc.).

What issues might I run into? (I'm a somewhat experienced Debian amateur)

Any other advice welcome!

Thanks,
