Ethernet adapter (Intel I219V) and audio adapter (Realtek High Definition Audio Device) on NUC10i710FNH

Hi there,
I bought a NUC10i710FNH Intel mini PC, and after trying various distributions got it to work with Fedora 31.
Everything seems to work, except
1. the ethernet port, and
2. the audio output jack (for earphones or speaker). I can connect my bluetooth speaker, and it plays sound beautifully.
Code:I gathered the following info from the Intel website:

All indications are that the ethernet adapter can be made to work also. The website indicates that drivers are available, but not provide instructions on what to do once their downloaded. Also this type of ethernet adapter has been used in previous versions of the NUC products, and was working.
Assuming it's an issue of installing drivers, coul you please let me know:
a) what are the correct driver's for the hardware, and
b) how do I install them on Fedora 31?
