Program window size is too large to click the next button

I have a program I am trying to install, and the next bottom at the bottom is off the screen and I can not proceed. I have tried changing aspect ratio, etc., but it does not fix the issue.

I am a total newbie, just signed up here. I am using Ubuntu 19.10, and not trying to become an expert, just enough to get going. I have printer working, browser working great, etc. Just need a few more programs to be happy for now. Any help would be appreciated!
