Jonathan Taylor declares for 2020 NFL Draft
On a day when Chase Young and D'Andre Swift opted to test NFL waters, Jonathan Taylor did the same.
Wisconsin's star running back announced he will forgo his final year of eligibility and enter the 2020 draft.
Taylor was a star from the moment he stepped onto the field in Madison and finished as the school's runner up in career rushing yards behind Ron Dayne despite only playing three seasons.
The athletic tailback is a two-time Doak Walker Award recipient as the nation's top running back and a two-time first-team All-American. He's one of only two players in NCAA history to accumulate 2,000 rushing yards in two separate campaigns.
Taylor is expected to be one of the first running backs off the board this April and will be in contention to be selected in the first round.
