Xubuntu keeps hibernating

I like to listen to CD's on my Xubuntu laptop, and loop certain tracks. After several minutes, my laptop hibernates (does not go to the login screen, but the screen goes black and the CD stops). Does anyone know how to make Xubuntu stay logged in without hibernating?
