Me no understand how to use sudo parted -l for Bodhi installation with cmder

Hi there ! As you can see in the installation instructions for Bodhi: ''To inspect your drives, insert your USB drive and in the terminal type. I use cmder on Windows 7, and I saw upon researching that it is a Linux command. But this is my first time, so obviously I do not have Linux. So what can I do ?
