httpd.service failing once ssl_mod and OpenDCIM was setup

I built a new CENTOS 8 server (VMWare) that was working perfectly until I added the SSL_MOD (all tests worked and I was able to restart httpd.service but once I downloaded OpenDCIM got the subdirectories up and changed the db.inc.php page I keep getting the following errors and NO MATTER WHAT CHANGE I Make... I get the same errors (hoping when I make a change I will see something different). Not sure what to do now. I thought I had it when I corrected the servername portion of the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file. BUT NOOOOOO. So here is the error. I can post the various files if you need to see them - just let me know.
