Is it true that a developer can never be 100% morally ethical in your computer related work field?

I want to be a honest and morally responsible and accountable when it comes to doing anything or completing a task.
So while I was studying Java Stack Development at a local college, I asked the local instructor is it possible to be fully honest and accountable while you are working after graduation at a computer-related workplace?
And he silently said No.
I was surprised. Awestruck. Perplexed. Confounded. Bewildered.
Is it really true that you can never be 100% morally ethical in your computer-related work field? You have to go with the flow and cheat and lie like others. But I don't want to stray away from the path of truth. Because I have to lie a thousand lie to make it right. And I can't do that. What should I do in those instances when those events take place? I am always after proving Discrete Mathematics' Tautology. Not a Fallacy.
Thank you.
