Extend/enhance the Ignore List

While I realize that you are waiting until LQ 2.0 is done Jeremy...

I suggest an enhancement to the ignore list; either add a feature to ignore entire threads (maybe called "Ignored Threads"), or if someone starts a thread who is already on one's ignore list, then their thread isn't displayed in the list of threads in the forums - not just their posts within aren't displayed.

Just a suggestion for when you've brought us LQ 2.0
