Where is it possible to buy Linux Support for the home user?

I am new to Linux and purchased 2 identical computers, one to run windows and 1 to run Linux. However, I cannot get the video drivers on the Linux one to work. I tried really hard to follow the general advice when jumping into Linux..buy a fairly old PC, nothing too leading edge and from a main stream manufacturer (4 year old HP in my case), but I've been defeated by video drivers for Integrated Intel HD graphics card that is built into the motherboard.
The forum for my Distro has done it's best to help me, but I have not found a solution.
I'd like to buy support to help me fix the issue and I don't want to give up easily. I've tried Mint Cinnamon, Ubuntu and Mint Mate and they all exhibit the same issue.
Can anyone recommend and organisation where home users can buy support for Linux?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=FCTUinBxxrg:1iCOCWtNeVQ:F7zBnMy latest?i=FCTUinBxxrg:1iCOCWtNeVQ:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=FCTUinBxxrg:1iCOCWtNeVQ:gIN9vFwFCTUinBxxrg
