Accidentally edited sudoers in nano. Is that a problem?

Hi. I'm running Raspbian. Question is majorly Linux related so hope it's allowed here rather than in a raspberry pi forum

In an effort to secure things a little more I wanted to edit the etc/sudoers.d/010_pi-nopasswd file so that a password is always expected.
Unfortunately due to my unfamiliarity with editing system logs using the cli, I accidentally edited the sudoers file instead using nano, rather than visudo as recommended.

I've gone back and undone the amendments I'd made (and reminded myself for the fiftieth time to make a backup of all files in future). But as none of the changes were done using visudo, should I be worried about system issues in the future? At the moment all users and commands that require root are working as expected. No issues are evident. But is there any way of ensuring its integrity?
